OUR TEAM – We empower our yacht sales agents, and partner with professionals, along with captains and crew. We provide them with training, personal branding, custom websites, tools, state-of-the-art marketing, and tangible benefits so they can better serve their clients.

OUR MISSION – LIME is designed to be light and nimble with low overhead. This means higher earnings for our agents and partners. We also use these savings to give our clients better pricing and tangible benefits, and so we can give back to the causes our clients and our company care about most.

We provide your branding, a custom website to match, social media presence, tools, and state-of-the-art marketing. We also arm you with tangible VIP benefits to offer your network and attract clients.

We help you do and earn more :

Yacht sales or charter expertise is not required. Our sales, charter, and yacht marketing experts do all the heavy lifting. Simply receive generous pay for networking with the people you already have access to. It’s that easy.

• Have worked in and/or around UHNW environments or in yachting

Skills, Abilities, and Experience:

• Above average organization skills
• Computer skills (CRM, MS office, social media, etc)
• Strong listening and networking skills
• Sales and marketing experience (yachting is  a plus)
• You understand follow-up and logging client data
• Impeccable customer service skills – empathy & integrity is a must!

As a preference, College Degree and bilingual.
